Clients often relate that the best part of their work week is their wellness class.

They often show up to practice even on their days off from work!

What to expect: Expressive flows that leave you energized, balanced and restored.

Iva completed her Yoga Arts Teacher Training in 2002 in Byron Bay, Australia. Her teaching focuses primarily on Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga and incorporates Ayurvedic wellness tips in her classes. Iva is a teacher's teacher. Having developed her own Yin Intensive training she teaches students and yoga teachers how to practice and teach Yin Yoga. Iva hosts retreats and workshops internationally as well as facilitating on teacher training programs in Austin, Hawaii, India, and Japan.

Humor and compassion are two of her greatest tools. You can find Iva tromping through the woods with her Aussie when she isn't teaching.

Having suffered from chronic low back pain, Janice was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits. Although she benefitted physically from the practice, she also discovered the calming mental and emotional effects of yoga.

She hopes to inspire students to challenge the auto-pilot setting in our minds, inquire within, and find the joy of yoga. Her approach to yoga, like her life, is both playful and mindful.

Janice is an elite member of the Born and Raised in Austin, TX club.

Sylvia is passionate about the connection and the awareness that yoga brings to our everyday lives. Her motivation for teaching is the empowerment and transformation that happens during and after each practice. Sylvia loves helping her clients integrate the practices and principles of yoga into their daily lives.

To get some relief from the intense Texas heat, Sylvia makes a quick get away to the Rocky Mountains every summer where she enjoys hiking with her husband and two teenagers.

Our Mascot

As a symbol of agility, precision, concentration, clarity, and grace, the American Kestrel represents our values. The kestrel is native to central Texas and can often be seen perched high on a wire carefully scanning the area, taking in a broad and clear view. Kestrels are patient to act. When they act, they act decisively soaring swiftly with great accuracy and grace.

The kestrel teaches us to be perceptive and discerning before courageously taking action in order to ensure the greatest success in all of our endeavors.
