Work it Wednesdays 

A Power Flow class with the option to incorporate weights and high intensity interval training. This class gives that extra boost to get over the hump and energetically resume the week. 


Thoracic Thursdays

Gentle and supportive backbends with the use of props help to address and open the most rigid part of the spine. 


Fly High Fridays

With a focus on inversions, this class is fun and exhilarating. 

The perfect way to end the week and bounce into the weekend.
